Choose your beef share or individual cuts and submit your order. We'll confirm availability within 24 hours.

2. We Process

Your beef is dry-aged for 14 days, hand-cut by our butcher, and vacuum-sealed for freshness.

3. Pickup

Pick up your order at the farm or arrange local delivery within 30 miles of Sanford, NC.

4. Enjoy

Every cut is dry-aged for 14 days to enhance tenderness and flavor, then hand-cut and vacuum-sealed. We take pride in every step of the process, from pasture to plate.
